1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Important: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for most products. To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • The item must not have been installed or connected to other equipment
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Items Eligible for Return

  • • Speakers (unopened or in original condition)
  • • Amplifiers (unopened or in original condition)
  • • Turntables (unopened or in original condition)
  • • Accessories (unopened)
  • • Cables (unopened)

Not Eligible

  • • Custom or special order items
  • • Items damaged by customer
  • • Items with missing parts or packaging
  • • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • • Items showing signs of use

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The product is faulty or defective
  • The product does not match the description on our website
  • The product is missing parts or accessories

For faulty or damaged products, we will:

  • Arrange free return shipping
  • Provide a full refund or replacement at your choice
  • Cover all associated costs

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +61 485 990 356 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

6. Return Shipping

6.1 Faulty/Damaged Products

We will cover all return shipping costs for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. We will arrange a courier pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.

6.2 Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color:

  • Contact us to arrange the exchange
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • We will ship the replacement item once the original is received
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

9. Warranty Claims

For products that develop faults after the initial return period but within the warranty period:

  • Contact us with your proof of purchase and description of the fault
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer to assess the claim
  • Warranty repairs, replacements, or refunds will be provided as appropriate
  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of warranty terms

10. International Returns

For international orders:

  • The same return policy applies
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured international shipping service
  • Customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable
  • Please contact us before returning to receive specific instructions

11. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched:

  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
  • Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
